NEW YORK, NY — July 16, 2026 — Wrango, the healthcare marketing technology platform built for outcomes, today announced a multi-year definitive partnership with Komodo Health to license the full patient-level Komodo Healthcare Map. Komodo’s data will power Wrango’s HCP audience targeting and Script Lift measurement across pharmaceutical brand and agency clients. The partnership gives Wrango’s pharmaceutical and agency clients a single workflow to reach verified prescribers, activate them across major media platforms, and measure prescribing and referral impact within days without licensing or assembling clinical data themselves.
Under the agreement, Wrango will use Komodo’s longitudinal, patient-level data to build deterministic audiences of healthcare providers based on real-world clinical activity, and to measure prescribing outcomes as tied to media exposure, as recent as the past seven days. The integration extends Wrango’s closed-loop methodology, connecting digital media activation to verified prescribing and referral behavior at the NPI level.
“Our Healthcare Map exists to turn real-world evidence into better healthcare decisions and that extends to how brands reach the right providers,” said Komodo CEO Arif Nathoo. “Working with Wrango puts that clinical foundation to work in measurable commercial outcomes, connecting media to verified prescribing behavior in a way the market has lacked.”
Komodo’s Healthcare Map covers approximately more than 330 million de-identified patients with depth of coverage that includes rare diseases and smaller indications where signal density has historically been a constraint for HCP marketers. The data is refreshed at a velocity that enables Wrango to deliver Script and Referral Lift readouts every seven days, giving brand teams and agencies a near real-time view of how media is influencing prescribing.
“Komodo was our first choice, full stop. Their coverage runs deepest exactly where signal is hardest to get, rare disease and smaller indications, and their data is current enough for us to measure prescribing every seven days,” said Josh Alvernia, Co-Founder and CEO of Wrango. “We’re building Wrango for a world where every media decision is judged against real prescribing outcomes, and Komodo is the foundation that makes that possible.”
The Komodo-powered Wrango platform supports:
- Deterministic HCP audience targeting built from clinical signals including diagnoses, procedures, prescribing activity, and treatment patterns.
- Weekly Script and Referral Lift measurement comparing exposed vs. control prescribers to quantify the prescribing and referring impact of media campaigns.
- Rare disease and small-indication targeting at a level of coverage that historically required custom data assembly.
- Self-service Campaign activation across Google, Meta, Amazon DSP, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, The Trade Desk, and 20+ other leading ad platforms.
Wrango’s platform is HIPAA compliant and maintains SOC 2 Type II certification. Measurement methodology does not expose patient-level data to advertisers.
